Service Description
This isn't therapy, and it isn't coaching. This is One-to-One Spiritual Training and development — bespoke sessions built entirely around what you want to grow. Maybe you've always sensed there's more to your gift than you're currently using, but you don't know how to access it properly. Maybe you've done the odd workshop, read the books, watched the videos — and you're still left wondering why it isn't quite clicking the way it seems to for everyone else. Maybe you're a working practitioner already, and you know exactly what you want to strengthen, but nobody's offering training specific enough to actually help — just generic courses that treat you like a beginner. That frustration ends here. This is genuinely bespoke: whether it's deepening your mediumship, refining your intuitive reading, developing your crystal work, or building your own energetic sensing and discernment, we work directly and specifically on that skill, together. No script. No one-size-fits-all curriculum. Just focused, one-to-one development, shaped entirely around your gift and where you're ready to take it. You'll leave each session with real, tangible growth — not just information you've absorbed, but ability you can actually feel in your hands, your intuition, your confidence. Many people describe finally understanding why something wasn't working, and watching it click into place almost immediately once the training is the right fit for them specifically. If you book the single session, we begin working together straight away, focused entirely on what you've told me you want to develop. If you choose the discounted three-session package, it opens with a free half-hour planning call — so before any training begins, I understand exactly what you're building toward, and every session that follows is targeted and purposeful rather than general practice for its own sake. This also works beautifully as a small group experience — up to four friends learning and developing the same skill together, splitting the cost between you. It won't be quite as in-depth as one-to-one, but it's a lovely way to grow alongside people who already understand you. Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, workshop or programme with Rachael Teacher Healer Mystic, you confirm that you have read &agreed to these terms. Appointments & Rearranging: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to rearrange one-to-one appointments. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client and manage my diary effectively as a self-employed practitioner. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Cooling Off Periods & Refunds: Online bookings are covered by a 14-day cooling-off period in line with UK consumer law. However, preparation for appointments and programmes begins 48 hours before your scheduled session. Once this preparation period begins, refunds are no longer available, although appointments may still be rearranged with sufficient notice. Workshops, deposits and programmes may become non-refundable once preparation, venue hire, workbook creation or support access has begun. Programmes & Support: Healing programmes are collaborative & require engagement with sessions, home-study & integration work. Support between sessions is provided via written WhatsApp or email message only & is intended for guidance & emotional support between appointments, rather than full sessions by message. Response times are generally within 24–48 working hours, Monday to Friday. Health & Wellbeing: My services are intended to support wellbeing & personal development and are not a replacement for medical, psychiatric or emergency mental health care. If you are in crisis or feel at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your GP, NHS 111, Samaritans (116 123) or emergency services. Professional Standards: I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where I feel another form of support may be more appropriate or where professional boundaries cannot be maintained. While clients experience profound emotional, energetic & practical shifts through this work, individual experiences and outcomes will naturally vary. I ask all clients & students to communicate respectfully throughout our work together. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in services being discontinued. Privacy & Records: Client information is held securely & confidentially in line with GDPR & professional requirements. Records may be retained securely for up to 7 years. Online Sessions: Online appointments are held via Google Meet. Please ensure you have suitable internet access & technology prepared before your appointment time.
