Service Description
Advanced Reiki Healing — A blissful hour of relaxation, emotional release and soul connection. Genuine healing. We are, at a subatomic level, pure energy and our bodies, made mostly of water, are extraordinary conductors of it. Healing works with this directly: gently realigning your energy back to its optimum state, on a quantum, cellular level. Not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and at the level of the soul. You may be running on empty and can't quite name why. Stress, grief, burnout, or a season of life that's asked too much of you has left you foggy, disconnected, or simply not like yourself. Maybe you're carrying something heavier — a heartbreak, a big transition, a version of yourself you're ready to let go of and can't quite shake alone. Sometimes nothing is "wrong" exactly, you just want to top up and rebalance before things tip that way. Whatever's brought you here, this session works to actually shift it; not just soothe it for an afternoon. You leave lighter, clearer, back in your own body instead of somewhere above it, and you'll feel the difference in how you think, sleep, and show up for your own life afterwards. Wherever you're starting from, this session meets you there. Your hour begins with a 10-minute consultation, so I understand exactly what this session needs to hold for you — what you're releasing, what you're rebuilding, what you're hoping to feel by the end. From there, 45–50 minutes of advanced Reiki healing: sound pipes or tuning forks carrying the ancient Solfeggio frequencies, crystal Reiki chosen to support what's coming up for you, and my own preset mantras and visualisations, worked with intuitively to meet whatever you're moving through. By the end, most people describe feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, and genuinely more like themselves — energy restored rather than just soothed. You'll finish with a verbal chakra report, so you leave understanding what shifted and why, not just how you feel. Delivered online via Google Meet — find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Recordings available for an extra £5, just mention it in your booking notes. Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment, workshop or programme with Rachael Teacher Healer Mystic, you confirm that you have read &agreed to these terms. Appointments & Rearranging: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to rearrange one-to-one appointments. This allows me to offer the appointment to another client and manage my diary effectively as a self-employed practitioner. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Cooling Off Periods & Refunds: Online bookings are covered by a 14-day cooling-off period in line with UK consumer law. However, preparation for appointments and programmes begins 48 hours before your scheduled session. Once this preparation period begins, refunds are no longer available, although appointments may still be rearranged with sufficient notice. Workshops, deposits and programmes may become non-refundable once preparation, venue hire, workbook creation or support access has begun. Programmes & Support: Healing programmes are collaborative & require engagement with sessions, home-study & integration work. Support between sessions is provided via written WhatsApp or email message only & is intended for guidance & emotional support between appointments, rather than full sessions by message. Response times are generally within 24–48 working hours, Monday to Friday. Health & Wellbeing: My services are intended to support wellbeing & personal development and are not a replacement for medical, psychiatric or emergency mental health care. If you are in crisis or feel at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your GP, NHS 111, Samaritans (116 123) or emergency services. Professional Standards: I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where I feel another form of support may be more appropriate or where professional boundaries cannot be maintained. While clients experience profound emotional, energetic & practical shifts through this work, individual experiences and outcomes will naturally vary. I ask all clients & students to communicate respectfully throughout our work together. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in services being discontinued. Privacy & Records: Client information is held securely & confidentially in line with GDPR & professional requirements. Records may be retained securely for up to 7 years. Online Sessions: Online appointments are held via Google Meet. Please ensure you have suitable internet access & technology prepared before your appointment time.
