Healing; a logical perspective. Part 3 of 3. Healing itself. (3 min Read)
A logical look at healing the physical and the emotional. Why it makes sense, what healing can do to actually help you in a practical way.
This is the third part of a three series blog. I will pop links to the other two blogs here and here. They have been published weekly, before this one. I would recommend that you read them before venturing into this one.We have discussed cellular disease, our physical body and the science behind the energetic body, and how we know illness is created from this cellular imbalance.
So, what we going to do about this disease and cellular imbalance?
Now, I need you to keep at least one leg out of the box for this bit aswell!
What if those of us, particularly those who are really good at detectingother people’s energy fields, are really good at detecting not just thenegative but also the positive?
What if those people could pull the positive energy out of the air, justlike they can pick up on the rubbish? What if, in fact we could all do that, and are in fact doing it all the time? What if you have been sensitive to emotion your whole life and you’ve been taught to over ride it? What if you’ve been unconsciously drawing positive energy out of the air, and healing yourself all your life?
We all know that the air is made of energy. We see amazing pictures oflightening striking across the air. Charged particles connecting to each other.Oxygen and nitrogen particles, which form the majority of our air, are made out of energy, just the same as us.And what if it wasn’t just human’s that had energy fields? What if it makes sense that as plants and trees are clearly also made of energy in the same way we are (in the same way that everything is!), that they have an energetic field which is actually pretty cool. Because they don’t suffer with cruddy emotions like us. And tend not to eat dreadful food (apart from the poison we send their way . . .).
How many of you feel so much better when you go for walk? The air on a cliff top literally blowing away the cobwebs? The trees and the grass making you feel sane just by walking through them?
And let’s not even get started on that cuddle with the cat, or the dog, orthe kids. Or even the other half if we’re lucky? 😉
And what about something a little further away? We all know that the Sun can burn us as discussed. But who feels better when the Sun is out?
oooh me!! me!!
And we know that’s because our clever bodies convert that energy into Vitamin D. We literally process energy from the Sun to feel good and function well as humans. Anyone suffer from S.A.D? Yep? That’s you being miserable without Vitamin D!Does this ability remind you of the way that plants get their food? And did you know that we share 50% of our DNA with bananas? No. Well that’s pretty interesting in this context isn’t it? Plants main source of food is via photosynthesis of energy from the Sun. And we share a large part of our blueprint with them! You see where I’m going with human beings having this amazing ability to convert energy . . .
Who here feels better when you are around that amazing positive person? Or that really funny person? Or when you go for a night out with your mates and laugh like you may pee your pants (or you do pee your pants. A little. I’ll forgive you). Or need to go to a live gig every so often? Or listen to your favourite CD? (now I am showing my age). Or feel like crud when you don’t play your instrument often enough? I’m not going to have a long discussion here about sound healing here, although I will and I’ll add the link at some point, but sound is simply energy waves. Energy waves which effect our cellular energy.
So what we are saying is that we have experiences every day which effect our energy for the better. We effectively have healing experiences all the time.
What if we learned how to do that properly ey? What if we learned to heal?
What about rather than just bumping into healing experiences which make our energy better, what if we were conscious of the process of healing? What is we actively drew energy into ourselves to make ourselves feel better? And to create cellular health?
Would that really be so weird or illogical?
Healing, hands on healing like Reiki, is simply a way of harnessing theenergy from the environment and the Universe at large. And us and the planet were all part of the Universe last time I looked! And passing that energy on, through the hands normally. While the person receiving the energy lays in as relaxed a state as possible. The more relaxed their energy is, relaxation effecting the emotions as we know, the more effective the treatment. The energy that is drawn in effects the recipient at a cellular level, to allow their body to use it’s natural healing abilities to the maximum. Restoring the cell back to it’s optimum vibration.
As you can imagine it works on the emotional as well as the physical. Andeven on the mind with our mindsets and habits when used properly. Sometimes people will feel tingly feelings (like light static), or feel emotional and even cry as the toxic or carcinogenic energy is released. And when the super duper energy replaces it they will feel very relaxed and happy. Many people feel free and leave not worrying about the small stuff anymore. And like we’ve already said, emotions are energy. So healing works really, really well on emotional issues. Grief, depression, trauma to name but a few.
Sounds like Magic?
That’s because this is where the myths of magic originate from. It’s something we were all aware of and majority of us would have had the ability to do.Now I am not here to convince you or make you do this. My job it to help those that want to experience healing and want to change their lives. I want to work with those that are ready to make those changes. Who are ready to look beyond what our eyes tell us is real and start understanding what our whole body tells us.
If you feel that this makes sense to you, then book an appointment with atherapist or please click here to see what workshops I have coming up.
I teach you to heal yourself and others. To draw energy into yourself and togive it to others. I also spend days and evenings dedicated to you spendingsome time healing yourself; I find the adage of not being able to pour from an empty cup boring. Instead heal yourself because you know what? You truly deserve to be whole.
If you like the cut of my jib, please subscribe to this blog to hear more ofmy regular logical or not so logical ramblings.
So long my friends. Till next time.
Love as always.

PS I haven’t even started to talk about the placebo effect and what aninteresting, logical and amazing thing it is! And when I do I’ll pop a linkhere! I promise!
