What is healing? Part 2 of 3. A logical look at healing. (3 mind read)
A logical look at healing the physical, and emotional. Why you should do it and why it makes sense.
If you would like to look at Part 1, I published that last week. I will get a link here so please have a look at it, to take you through to this one if you haven’t already.
Let’s talk about emotional energy!
Right. Now I need you to start thinking a little bit outside the box (come on, you don’t want to be the only one left in the box now do you?)
The most common form of energy within our body is emotion. Yes, that’s right. Emotion! How many of you can feel the mood of a room when you walk into it? Or know when someone is upset or angry just by being stood next to them? Because the energy within their cells is effected by their emotion and we interpret that through our own emotions.
And that field of energy, which contains emotions among other energy, which is often referred to as an aura, extends beyond our body. It makes sense, as an animal, to be able to interpret the mood of other mammals, right?
You know when to steer clear of the dominant male. Or to go in for a cuddle to enhance bonds.
Even more useful with strange animals. Are they going to attack me or are they friendly? Humans are very good at adjusting their outward behaviour to disguise their true intent. Natural selection would determine that those humans that could interpret emotional energy well, would be useful and more likely to survive.
Emotional Energy Can Effect Us Physically
So emotion is an energy which can be felt and is useful to feel from others. It is also very toxic when it is not released. It changes the vibration of the cells within our bodies and therefore change the way that cell behaves. And any doctor will know that we commonly have tangible real reactions to emotions, when held within our body and not released as they need to be.
Tension causes headaches, shoulder aches, stomach acid and IBS. Stress causes us to feel tired and lethargic. Heart break can cause physical pain, that for some of us, remains for a long time. Sometimes for ever. Stress effects our hormones and causes all sorts of problems from thyroid issues, to reproductive issues, to kidney issues. Have you ever puked from the shock of something? All physical, bodily reactions to emotions. We know that emotion creates illness. That’s a medical fact.
And so, by taking that one step forward, if emotions can cause this much obvious damage, what about all the not so obvious damage? Illnesses which sit there festering for years. Especially through toxic emotions such as anger or hate. Or those emotions which we hold for other people, those of us that are really effective animals and can determine the emotions of others.
The physical affecting the physical at a cellular level
And what about the damage done to our body through diet? We all know that alcohol, processed red meats and burnt meat (who doesn’t love a BBQ ey?!) are carcinogenic. But we still eat them. And what about the poisoned water and air. Carcinogens literally change the fabric of a cell. They change the cell for the worse. Causing cancers and tumours. So something physical, like our diet and our environment, is changing our bodies on a cellular, and therefore energetic level.
So everyday we are having experiences which are changing us on a cellular level. And not in a good way.
Change and Heal
What if we could change the vibration of our cells in order to let go of this toxic energy? What if we could heal the emotional damage, before it takes hold? What if we could heal the physical damage, naturally? Making best use of our body’s amazing ability to repair? Rather than just relying on standard treatments, which may only treat the symptoms? Treating the pain and inflammation rather than why your body has fibromyalgia? Treating your blood pressure rather than your stress? Treating your thyroid individually, rather than helping the underlying hormones throughout your body? Does it make much sense to treat a symptom without tackling the cause?
No wonder we spend all of our lives on tablets and pills. And with those tablets we make other swaps. Side effects and long term damage to fantastic organs such as our liver and kidneys. And those tablets do an awesome job of keeping us alive, while we are unaware. But now you’re aware. You are aware.
And now that you are aware; what can you do to really help this? What can we do to change this?
This continues onto a third part and the link will be here when it is published. Please subscribe to my blog if you would like to know when the next part of this is published or if you like what I have to talk about.
Till next time my friends!
Love as always
